is an approach to maximizing individual
and group productivity, improving
communication, reducing job-related
stress, and systematically supporting
customer decision-making. For the past
thirty years, Kolbe Corp, Phoenix, Arizona,
has been introducing business and
academic communities to the concept of
striving instincts, the instincts that drive
how we each do what we do. Kolbe is not
about personality and it is not about
intelligence. It is about instinct. Each
person has a natural best way of taking
action, and that best way is reliably
measured by the Kolbe A Index. The
Kolbe A Index can be completed online in
about twenty minutes.

One-Day Seminar (6 - 8 hours)
The one-day seminar The Speed of Right is clearly the best way to learn
about and implement Kolbe Wisdom™. Participants gain a practical
understanding of how the three parts of the mind influence their own
behavior, and that of their friends, colleagues, and clients. The three parts
of the mind are: Cognitive, Affective, and Conative (Instinctive) or in other
words, Thinking, Feeling, and Doing.
Each participant will take the Kolbe-A Index at least five days prior to the
date of the seminar, and each participant will receive a 13-page, full-color
report containing helpful information about their unique instincts.
Half-day Seminar (3 - 4 hours)
Instinct-Driven Success, is an excellent way to help your entire group
understand how instinct impacts them and their clients or customers.
This seminar can be preceded by everyone taking the Kolbe A Index, or
the seminar can be presented without the participants taking the Kolbe A
Index.
Participants will learn about how the three parts of the mind: Thinking
(Cognitive), Feeling (Affective) and Doing (Conative or Instinctive) work
together to determine one’s performance.
With this information, participants can begin to make changes that will
increase individual productivity, reduce stress, and improve
communication, team effectiveness, and customer service.
- what is happening instinctively when they are on top of
their game, in the groove, or in a state of flow, and how
they can consistently trigger excellence.
- how understanding their own instincts and appreciating
the differences in others will improve communication,
relationship building, and customer service.
- the relevance and importance of instinct in their specific
industry.
- how to read cues about instincts when interacting with
others.
- how to support and empower customer decision-
making.
